Shipping policy
International Orders (including U.S.)
Effective August 29, 2024: The United States has cancelled the de minimis exemption. This means that all packages shipped to the U.S. will now be subject to duties and brokerage charges (previously, orders under USD $400 were exempt).
Important Information:
• All shipments are now subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees collected by the carrier upon delivery.
• Orders ship by default as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning these charges are the responsibility of the receiver.
• For most business customers, this is standard procedure — in many cases, duties and taxes can be reclaimed through your import account or local tax system.
• If you prefer a fully prepaid option (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), please contact us before ordering and we will confirm availability.
What This Means for You:
When your package arrives, you may be required to pay additional fees including:
• Import duties
• Sales tax
• Brokerage fees
• Customs processing fees

This policy is subject to change based on international trade regulations and carrier requirements.
